Please note that this policy specifically relates to cancelling Prime Drive Leasing LTD’s brokerage service and does not relate to your cancellation rights with the Finance Provider or the Vehicle Supplier.

Under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel the contract for brokerage services without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of signing the order pack. This legal right applies equally to all personal customers.

If you exercise this right within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid within 28 working days from the date on which Prime Drive Leasing LTD receives your notification of cancellation. For cancellations received more than 14 days after the order has been signed, the following fees will apply.

Cancellation Fees

Your signed order form serves as your formal authority for Prime Drive Leasing LTD to order a vehicle on your behalf. Once your signed order has been received, the ordering process creates financial costs and obligations that cannot be reversed.

For orders cancelled more than 14 days after the vehicle has been ordered, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• A cancellation fee equal to the current arrangement fee will apply if you cancel your order.
• If you have already paid the arrangement fee, that payment will cover the cancellation fee and no additional charge will be made.
• Cancellation fees apply per vehicle ordered, not per order.

Whilst your vehicle order and finance agreement are arranged together, our cancellation fee relates solely to the procurement of your vehicle and the brokerage services provided by Prime Drive Leasing LTD.

If you decide to end your agreement with the finance company after the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, the finance provider may apply its own early termination charges in accordance with your finance agreement.

Exercising Your Right to Cancel

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Prime Drive Leasing LTD of your decision by sending a clear written statement by post to:

Your cancellation request should include:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Details of the vehicle order you wish to cancel

By exercising your right to cancel, you are withdrawing from the brokerage contract and the agreement will be terminated.

Where you are entitled to a refund of any arrangement or processing fee, in whole or in part, the refund will be issued within 28 working days of Prime Drive Leasing LTD receiving your cancellation notice.
